The lesson

What are Agent Teams? A way to design multi-role AI workflows where different 'agents' (prompts) handle different parts of a task.

Simple example: A 3-person team for document creation: Researcher (gathers information), Writer (creates draft), and Editor (reviews and improves).

For beginners: Start with the Team Builder Wizard. It guides you through selecting roles, platforms, and structure without needing to know everything upfront.

Sharing team configurations: Save a team project and share the JSON file with colleagues. They can load it and have the same team structure.

Templates include team setups: Look for team templates in the Templates dialog - they show how experienced users structure multi-agent workflows.

Important: TPEE designs the team structure and prompts. It does not actually run the agents or connect to external services.

A nursing team lead designs a three-role team in TPEE, with a researcher, a writer and a reviewer, then saves the team project as a file for the ward staff to load.

A workshop supervisor builds an agent team for shift reports and shares the saved configuration file with the other production lines so everyone uses the same structure.

A junior events coordinator opens the Team Builder Wizard to set up a small planning team without needing to know every option upfront.

A secondary school teacher loads a team template from the Templates dialog and adjusts the roles to match a class research project.

A construction site manager designs a team with a lead, a safety reviewer and a documentation writer, then shares the saved file with the project office.

A volunteer coordinator at a community charity saves a three-role team configuration and sends the file to volunteers so each branch plans events the same way.

An agronomist builds a team for seasonal crop reports with a data gatherer, a writer and a checker, then keeps the saved file for the next season.
