64. Exporting and Using Your Prompts

Copy to Clipboard: The simplest method. Click the Copy button, then paste into ChatGPT, Claude, or any AI interface. Use this for quick one-off tasks.

Export for IDE: For coding tasks, open the File menu and use the IDE export to write the prompt out in the layout that IDE or CLI expects, as a file you then paste or attach in that tool. TPEE writes the file locally; nothing is sent to the IDE for you.

Prepared Chat Messages: Chat Messages let you keep the messages that open a multi-turn session, save them as a file, and copy the one you want with 'Copy Selected Chat Message' - handy for long, repeating conversations instead of retyping the opening each time.

PRD Export: For complex projects, export as a Product Requirements Document with proper formatting, sections, and professional layout suitable for sharing with teams.

Print Preview: When you need a physical copy or PDF, use Print Preview with formatting controls for professional documentation.

Remember: TPEE prepares the prompt. YOU decide when and where to use it. TPEE never sends anything automatically.
